Learning New Things

Blowing: She has learned how to blow on her food, blow her nose when I ask her to, and blow bubbles through a straw into her drink. We didn't teach her how to do any of these things, she just picked them up, which is amazing every time!

Sniffing: She loves to smell things. She comes up and sniffs my feet, she smells flowers, and she sniffs the air sometimes.

Butterfly kisses: My mom taught her one night how to give butterfly kisses and it is the sweetest thing. She will squeal when we give her butterfly kisses on her cheek and she loves giving them back.

Animal sounds: In just a little while, she learned how to do these two animal sounds.

More Signing: She learned how to sign "more" yesterday in about 30 seconds!

Ooooohh: When we pick her up, she makes a groaning noise like she's really heavy. It is so funny to me that she picked that up from someone! Now, she will stand below me and groan because she thinks that is what she is supposed to do to get picked up.

We are so impressed with her everyday. She makes new noises, yells at us really loudly, and learns things so quickly! She's a little sponge!
