Train and a Bruise

On Friday, my mom took us out to lunch. She has been out of town for a week, so she really missed Marley. When we were walking out, a train was about to come by. so, we stopped to watch and wave at the Conductor. They stopped the train, waiting for the track to switch over, and waved and smiled at Marley.
She was so entertained, and it really seemed like Marley brightened up their day. One guy told us that he has a granddaughter around her age. When we were younger and would eat at this restaurant, we would run put pennies on the track before dinner and then try to find them after. Maybe one day we can help Marley do it, too.
That evening, Asa's mother and sister, Noah Beth, came over for dinner. They had fun playing together until Marley fell into the cabinet at got this mean bruise on her face.
It literally kept growing though dinner, and I was debating whether I should give her some Tylenol because I'm sure she had a headache. It went down and she seems to be fine now, but it's a little embarrassing to go somewhere when your child has bruises all over her head.
