Messy Missy

On Monday, I gave Marley her first taste of sweet potatoes. I tried to upload the video of her trying it for the first time, but blogger didn't want you guys to see it or something. It wouldn't let me finish it. Anyway, she liked it okay. She wasn't really crazy about it though.

Today, I let Marley go crazy with the sweet potatoes. I did have to give her a little bath afterward, but it was a lot of fun to watch her explore! She tried to get it into her mouth, but most of the time it was not successful. It usually ended up in her lap, or in her hair, or on my arms, or in my hair, or in Kima's mouth. Pretty much everywhere but Marley's mouth. But that's okay... she's learning so fast! Pretty soon she will be shoving Cherrios in her mouth without a problem.
