By the time we got around to the Easter egg hunt at our house, Marley was ready for action! The Easter Bunny hid the eggs in the backyard while we were looking through our Easter baskets, and then Marley got to start the hunt! She needed a little bit of help at first, but then she was beating us to the next one! She would pop up from picking one up, point to the next one, and say, "There it is!"
High five for finding all of them!
She of course got to eat the M&Ms out of them (this girl is spoiled with sweets at my mom and Joel's house!).
As soon as she was done eating her share of candy, and with a face covered in chocolate, she asked for round two!
And I'm pretty sure we also did a round three that day! Then it was picture time.
She was a pretty good sport for all of the picture we made her take, but I think
the ones from last year turned out a little better. She really just wanted to go hunt the eggs this year, not take pictures. But she is still the most precious baby I have ever seen, whether she smiled for the pictures or not!
