Asa is excited! He was a little upset when I told him that I was going to take pictures, so he needed to look nice. But,we compromised and I brought our little camera instead of the Nikon. Isn't that so nice of me? I'm compromising already!
Marley was excited, too! I did take a picture of my excited face, but it just wasn't my best shot.
Family picture number one.
Asa walking down the hall, pissed that I am taking a picture of that.
Waiting for them to type it up. Marley really wanted to pull the papers down.
We somehow didn't notice that she was missing a shoe until this point. It ended up being in the car, but it was interesting to see how many people were concerned about it.
Marley showed her belly button to all of the court house workers.
Hm... he's still annoyed with the pictures.
Ok, he looks genuinely happy in that one. I guess he got over it.
Our marriage license!! Exciting, huh? And expensive! It won't be official until Grandpa David signs it on the big day, but it looks pretty serious now. Asa's mom also bought our "guest book" which isn't really going to be a guest book at all. We bought a large shadow box with white matting inside so that all of our guests can sign it. Then we can decorate it with dried wedding flowers or something like that. I'm putting Asa in charge of all that...
